Dr Boey Yew Tung
Senior Lecturer, College of Business (Nanyang Business School) - Division of Marketing (Prof Ling Sa
|Dr Boey holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Canberra, an MBA in International Business from Nanyang Technological University and a B. Eng from National University of Singapore. He is currently Associate Fellow of the Institute on Asian Consumer Insight, Singapore.|
His research interests include social media usage and adoption including implications for consumers, organizations and society as well as sports marketing in Asia. His research has been presented at the Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC) Conference. He has published several case studies on businesses that ride on digital technology platforms. He serves as a reviewer for California Management Review and was previously reviewer for Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy.
Prior to academia, Dr Boey has many years of international business exposure through association with MNC’s in the Asia Pacific region; specifically in the oil & gas, electronics, construction and air quality industries.
