​NTU starts international consortium to develop new materials for sporting goods​

​​NTU has established an international consortium, the Innovative Composites for Sports Products (I-Comp Sports), which will create innovative materials and processes for sports products. Besides NTU's Institute for Sports Research (ISR), the consortium consists of French companies - advanced materials firm Arkema, textile and composite company Chomarat and tennis racquet maker Babolat - as well as Taiwan based bicycle manufacturer Topkey.
