Introduction
Measurement assurance is important to ensure high quality and productivity in product design and manufacturing. The National Metrology Centre (NMC) will conduct a proficiency test (PT) on digital multimeter to improve the measurement capability and confidence of accredited calibration laboratories, R&D laboratories, testing laboratories and factories’ in-house calibration laboratories. The PT will allow various laboratories to compare their measurement results with the reference values provided by NMC, with traceability to the primary standards. This seminar will include technical presentations on electrical measurement and a briefing session for the laboratories participating in the PT.
