NTU’s new Centre for Contemporary Art was officially launched by NTU Provost Prof Freddy Boey. Located in Gillman Barracks alongside a cluster of international galleries, the Centre for Contemporary Art is a national research centre of NTU supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board. The Centre for Contemporary Art is part of NTU’s strategy to position the University as a fast developing hub for idea creation and debate in the arts and humanities, in addition to NTU’s traditional strengths in engineering, business and the sciences.
