| Biography |
| I finished a doctoral degree in Science and Technology Studies (STS) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York where I wrote a dissertation that examines the politics of technological nationalism in Indonesia during the New Order regime. I taught for one year at RPI and moved to Indonesia to teach at the Graduate Program of Development Studies, Institut Teknologi Bandung. In 2007 I received a fellowship from East-West Center in Washington that supported my research project on nuclear politics which examines the state-society relations in emerging democracies. I joined NTU in January 2008 and currently teach STS-related subjects at the Division of Sociology, School of Humanities and Social Sciences. |
