| Biography |
| Prof Ramam Akkipeddi is currently in the School of Materials Science and Engineering since Aug 2005. He received his Bachelor and Master degree in Physics from the University of Delhi, India, and Ph.D. degree from the National University of Singapore. His research interests include GaN based optoelectronic devices, Printing of functional materials for Electronic applications and Nanopatterning by e-beam lithography. He has done significant research work in his research areas and published over 50 papers in quality journals and international conferences. He has served as a peer reviewer for journals, including APL, JAP etc and has actively been involved in the organisation of international conferences. Dr. Ramam is a senior member of IEEE. |
