|W. T. ANG graduated with a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He has published many research articles on boundary integral methods and solutions of heat conduction and crack problems in internationally recognised journals. He has been affiliated with the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Nanyang Technological University since 2001.|
|W. T. Ang's general research interest is in applied and engineering mathematics. Specific research topics that he has worked on include boundary integral equation methods, stress analysis around cracks, heat transfer with applications to modern engineering and biological systems, analyses of advanced materials (such as functionally graded materials and piezoelectric materials) and non-classical boundary value problems in physical and engineering sciences.|
