| Biography |
| Assistant Professor is currently in the School of Materials Science & Engineering. He received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (1st Class Honours) and Ph.D from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore respectively. He is currently leading the Rare Earth Nanoparticle group that focuses on the synthesis, processing and applications of nanoparticles. He consults extensively and is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council. He also sits on the Executive Committee of the Institute of Materials (East Asia). |
| Research Interests |
| Research interests focus on the synthesis, processing, consolidation and applications of nanoparticles and nanostructures. Applications include photoluminescence displays, solar energy, and various functional and defence applications. |
