Biography
John Tangney is an assistant professor in the Division of English where he teaches Renaissance literature, classical literature and the history of literary theory . He received his PhD from Duke University in 2009.
Research Interests
History of ideas, Platonism, allegory, esoteric philosophy, Renaissance literature, early modern materialism
