Design and analysis of algorithms; Distributed computing and network algorithms; Communication networks (peer-to-peer networks, dynamic networks, ad hoc wireless and sensor networks, self-* networks); Structural and algorithmic issues in large complex networks (Web, Internet, and social networks); Algorithms for large graphs; Computational biology (especially, algorithmic and modeling issues in biological networks and proteins); Randomized algorithms and Probabilistic Analysis; Approximation algorithms; Stochastic modeling and analysis.
