Biography
Dr. Chua joined NTU in 2005. Prior to this appointment, he was Assistant Professor and Academic Program Content Manager with Universitas 21 Global (U21), a joint-venture between Thomson Learning and U21, a consortium of 16 research-intensive universities. At U21G, he won the Inaugural Faculty Research Award for his research contribution.
Research Interests
His current research interests lie in information and knowledge management, communities of practice, online education and social computing
