| Biography |
| Prof Brian R. Tan is currently with the Nanyang Business School since 2001. He received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and his Ph.D. degree from the University of Washington, Seattle. His research interests includes institutional theory, diversification, alliances, mergers and acquisitions, as well as, entrepreneurship. His research work includes understanding how country level institutions influence the relationship between diversification and firm performance. His works has been published in a number of top quality international conference, such as the academy of management, and he has published several journal papers. |
