Ms Lin Ai-Leen

Aileen teaches Communication Management at the Nanyang Business School, at the undergraduate level as well as for the Nanyang Executive Education programmes. With a background in communications, and close to 15 years of experience in publishing, Aileen brings with her a breadth of experience to the classroom.

Prior to joining NBS in 2013, she had spent 8 years at the National Institute of Education, where she headed a Publishing Team. Before that, she was with a local creative agency that provides communication solutions to corporate clients from a wide range of industries. She also spent a couple of years in educational publishing, where she had the opportunity to mentor a team of junior editors.

In those 15 years, Aileen has written for print and online publications, edited materials for schools and companies, managed journals and book series, and developed websites and publicity campaigns, helping both individuals and organisations brand themselves.

Aileen holds a Master's in Communication Studies from NTU. Besides teaching, she also consults with corporate clients to help them craft both practical and creative solutions to their communication needs.
